I wasn't sure at first with this track, but, the more i listen the more i like. I'm sure Agnes will have as much success with this as she did with 'Release Me'. The tracks scheduled for release in September 2009. It isn't the original radio edit, but the 'Void Remix', it has a rather nice beat!

I`ve been keeping an eye out for this for a while and we now have the full radio edit and at 320kps.Nice.All we need now is the full remix package..

Dizzee Rascal ft Chrome - Holiday (Radio Edit)
Surely another number 1 for Dizzee,which even with my rubbish maths skills will make it 3 in a row in about 12 months,and with no debut L.P/CD..Not bad going by anybodys take..Only downside to this release is that I can only see a finite amount of summertime left for this track to be popular in.OK,so its mid july now.Roughly 6 - 8 weeks left of summer then..So the record company best get a move on with the release as soon as poss.They`d be Bonkers not to.Bon Bon Bon Bon Bonkers..

Riverside Mutha F*****!!

So the holiday tune of the moment "Riverside" now looks like it could take the U.K charts by storm pretty soon.Officialy signed to Data possibly because of a "slight" bit of hype (ahem),but probably more to the point,because its getting played in every single bar in the most wonderful rave party town in the world,Kavos,Corfu every night.Mr Sidney Samson owes the Kavos Dj`s a very large drink me thinks.
No release date set as yet,but it can`t be too far off,because they wouldn`t want to miss the boat on this one would they lol?..and no official video either...
Now I know M.O.S amongst others are keeping an eye on the stuff I post (hi guys),so I hereby invite you to come over to Kavos and film the video in resort.It`s a no brainer.And you`ll get a free holiday and see first hand the damage this track is causing around town.

Evacuate The Dancefloor

I`m going to get on my soapbox a little bit here,so apologies in advance.If there was ever proof that blogging does not hurt music sales,this is it.I hold my hands up and admit it that I blogged the ass off the new Cascada tune "Evacuate The Dancefloor".And not just on this blog either.OK,maybe it`s a tad illegal or slightly immoral even,but it can`t have hurt sales that much.Straight in the U.K charts at number 1.Well done Cascada for starters..
Obviously there will be a few sales lost but I think the overall promotion received totally outweighs the minor losses.Since the music blogosphere is naturally the haunt of keen Dj`s and the like i think the way forward for PROMOTION of music is now "the blog".I am not personally on the mailing lists for A.A.T.W & M.O.S but you bet your ass my buddies pass me the discs.Not that I need them.Point being,I recently had M.O.S contact me thru here and present me with a takedown notice and threats of legal action.Fair enough.One of the tracks was the new Dougal & Gammer track.Here`s me trying to promote one of my old skool buddies tracks,and the email arrives saying "remove or else".No problem.Gone forever.But tell me how well will that track do?No way near as well as E.T.D..
So Mr big business,let us bloggers get on with it.The music is obviously going to the right people,mainly the dj`s:The ones that aren`t on the mailing lists and the lads that play in Witherspoons and the like week in week out,playing your music to their crowds that then go out and buy it!And not just in the U.K either.we`re talking worldwide here..
If the record companies actually figured out that blogging was helping their sales,they would be e-mailing promos let right & centre to all the blog owners.I think they should already be doing that.Its not as though we cant get what we want is it?The internet has blown it all wide open anyway and you can bet this wheel wont stop turning,so embrace it and work with us and leave it out with the takedown notices.If any more proof is needed we do the industry a favour,just wait till the new Dizzee Rascal & Calvin Harris track gets leaked..Rant over.

Anyways,Cascada has a new album out and here on the blog to preview,and there`s new remix floating `round the net for the dj`s,so I thought why not put a final E.T.D post together.Lets hope it stays up a while.oo er.Dont forget to support your favourite artist and buy the cd`s.They really do sound better than the mp3`s anyway.

I dont really know where to start with this one.Maybe the curse of the third single will strike again?(recently-Katy Perry)!! I really wanted to like this,or at least have one of the remixes jump out at me and say "play me".I cant find one in this pack that does that.Personally,I would have released "Love Game" as the next single,but what do I know?
For me this badly needs some more remixes but for now,we have to work with what there is here.

Lady G@ga - P@parazzi (Mot0 Blanc0 Club Mix)I`m wondering whats going on with Moto Blanco recently.Maybe they need a holiday or to rest their ears for a while.This is the most playable mix for dance/club Dj`s,but it sounds so underproduced compared to the rest of the mixes.Whoever did the mastering for this release/remix needs a swift kick up the ass.

It gets better..this version should have been the radio edit.Something smells of a rushed release to me on Paparazzi.If you`re looking for a punchy commercial mix to play,use this one.The real radio edit is fine for the video,but for bars ect,use this.

This is possibly the best of the rest as a remix goes.Have a listen to this,then the Moto mix and you will hear what I mean by "underproduced".Just in case you were wondering what I meant!!

My definition would probably read similar.I would have used words like "timeless" & "totally over the top" & maybe I would have sneaked the word "Vienna" in.This is a manic piece of work.Simple as that.Cutting egde stuff that will look great on M.T.V on a big plasma screen!

Dont really know where to start with this one..Gut instinct is top 5 maybe??BUT:

E-Type - Rain (Jupiter Ace Vocal Mix)
This version of the track really rocks.Think big vocal and 1999 trance hooks.By far the best of the bunch from the promo pack.Its a pity the radio edit is a bit "too clubland" or big chart potential on this.Needs a Bimbo Jones mix/edit badly!
Still an excellent piece of work here tho.Top Marks.

Recently signed to M.O.S and possibly,but not definately the next big thing.From what I`ve read,these guys could be the next "September".The group that did "Cry For You".This is out to buy mid june,so get on it now and give it a spin.
